I am Leila Anderson
Therapist, clinical supervisor, speaker, & consultant.
About Me
I know firsthand how powerful, challenging, and painful wrestling with old beliefs and values can be. I was raised in religious spaces filled both with love and unspoken fear and shame. Rigid, black-and-white thinking can make the world feel safe only when it stays small, profoundly limiting our understanding of ourselves and the world. Healing means making space for curiosity, nuance, and self-trust. My approach blends evidence-based therapy with deep compassion, helping you reconnect with your inner wisdom and build a life that feels authentic and free.
When I’m not working, I’m a proud mom of three, married to my favorite hiking partner, and always up for an adventure—whether it’s tackling a challenging puzzle, nurturing my garden, or exploring Austin’s trails. If you ever need coffee recommendations, I’ve got you covered after five years as a barista perfecting my love for the perfect cup (hint: Chemex and Ethiopian medium roast - great place to start!).
Feel free to reach out with any questions. I’d love to hear from you!
